Вакансия: Legal Counsel

Требования:
Law degree from Russian University, qualified lawyer with minimum 6 years experience as lawyer in lawfirm or company;
Essential: Corporate Law, Intellectual Property & Commercial Agreements, Drafting & Negotiating, Competition ;

Desirable: Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment, Regulatory;
Skills: excellent command of English language both in speech and in writing and relevant computer skills.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

At least six years post qualified experience gaining relevant commercial and corporate experience with an established law firm/ company lawyer background – relevant commercial and corporate experience acquired over several years after qualifying as a lawyer with respect to relevant laws and regulations to the operations of a multinational company;
Knowledge of the legislation and case law regarding companies, commerce, health products, advertisements, distribution of the products of a company, competition, contracts and civil and administrative law.

Обязанности:
Identify, assess levels of company and directors risk for business units in area of responsibility to ensure minimum future liability and cost exposure for the organization;
Seek creative and timely cost effective solutions and alternatives to business problems in order to achieve business objectives and to use the law to gain competitive advantage. Advise business partners on possible actions or defenses in respect of litigation matters and maintain commercial judgment to ensure cost effective settlement if appropriate, by advice and drafting and negotiating contracts and correspondence;
Assist in managing the legal issues and requests for business units in area of responsibility, coordinate legal matters and ensure the development of professional and personal skills;
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal business standards and requirements. Assist to audit, identify and advise (including delivering training) clients to ensure compliance, improve performance and monitor effectiveness in these areas;
Provide legal assistance and advice to business projects for operational business results or corporate/ structuring projects aiming at efficient working methods and cost reduction in close cooperation with business managers and Corporate Legal Department;
Assist in preparing and implementation of training and education in relevant areas of law and the understanding of the key legal criteria required when fulfilling their roles;
Report on legal issues and litigation status on weekly respectively quarterly basis to superior;
Implement necessary policies, procedures by instruction of superior or required by national/ European laws;
