Обязанности:
Fluent English is mandatory.
The control over discharge of duties and all necessary actions connected with Corporate Actions (CAs) by employees of CAs group.
To promote realization of the rights, fixed by securities of clients being in nominal holding in Bank.
Supply additionally available materials on the events to clients and provide them with various reporting upon their request.
Corresponding with clients / reply to clients’ queries in re: corporate action and dividend processing; corresponding with the issuers, registrars and regulatory bodies.
Brief observation of domestic and foreign financial markets and reporting the news to Global Market and custody clients.Preparation and fortnightly issue of Corporate Actions Custody News Letter.
Corporate Actions processing on voluntary and mandatory CAs events.
General Meetings (GMs) processing
Nomination to the BD / Proposals to GM Agenda:
Income collection and market claims processing.
Obtaining of tax exemption/ tax reclaim with relation to the dividends payable for non-resident clients.
Processing optimization and automatization.
