Требования:
Minimum education, experience & skills required:
High education in economics and/or finance
At least 3 years experience in equal position with banks active in Russia in the similar activity areas, of which at least 2 years experience with western banks
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to identify credit risks related to the customer and/or transaction;
• Good knowledge of CB RF regulations №№ 254, 302, 283, 284;
• Good knowledge of credit products;
• Fluent English
• Excellent written presentation skills
Обязанности:
Function: Credit analyst function, including credit analysis and analysis of financial standing of corporate clients of the Bank
• Review and prepare credit requests for approval by the Credit Committee regarding corporate clients and transactions before execution in order to properly identify, measure, and structure the associated credit risks
• Conduct due diligence and credit risk analysis of customers, including analysis of financial standing based on Russian/ International Standard accounts.
• Perform market and industry analysis in relation to existing and potential customers of the Bank
• Perform analysis of security package, including assessment collateral and due diligence on issuers of counterpart guarantees, ensuring that they meet credit standards of the Bank.
• Prepare credit requests for application to Credit Committee.
• Prepare the financial documentation, including reports, balances, cash flow projections etc., in accordance with the standard requirements of the Bank.
• Using internal and external information sources, monitor clients credit events and industry / market trends for potentially adverse effects on the clients’ credit profile
• Backup of credit reporting
• Credit Administration (booking, internal and external correspondence)
• Calculation of return of equity (RoE) for transactions and customers
• Monitoring of current financial position of borrowers and collection of necessary documentation
• Liaison with Credit Risk Department of the Bank
• Participation and working out of new business products.
