Требования:
Equities experience – a clear understanding of equity markets and corporate actions (Depositary receipts services)
Client advisory experience
Excellent, proven client relationship skills
Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills
Self motivated, proactive with a strong desire to learn and succeed
Confidence and experience in liaising with senior management both internally and externally (CEO, CFO, Head of Investor Relations etc)
Presentation skills essential
Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
A proactive, professional and innovative attitude
Strong PC based skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
A team approach to working
A willingness to travel
Fluent in English and Russian

Обязанности:
Acting as a single point of contact for client base
Acting as a single point of contact for our client base - liaison with other sections of the depositary receipt business
Advising corporate clients on the activity in their depositary receipt programme
Coordination and hosting of regular programme status meetings at the offices of the client
Completing required regulatory controls and reporting functions.
Providing assistance and clarification to our client base with regards to the dividend payment process, annual general meetings, proxy voting and other such corporate actions
“Translation” of local market corporate events in order to advise our clients as to their impact on the depositary receipt programme
Liaison with the relevant stock exchanges and communication of exchange listing requirements
Development of an Investor Relations strategy in conjunction with the client to target the depositary receipt holders
Development of an Investor Relations strategy for our clients in conjunction with the Equity business where appropriate (roadshow capabilities, sponsored conferences, quarterly results conference calls etc)
Advising clients on the appointment and hosting of “beauty parade” of potential Investor Relations consultancy firms where appropriate
Promotion of the client depositary receipt programme through announcements, advertisements and newswire releases
Assistance in the proactive flow of information between the client and their investors
Provision of guidance and training to our client base on the client website
Provision of training for company representatives at periodic group training sessions or through specific “one-on-one” sessions
Building a network of relationships within Сlient in order to obtain a detailed understanding of the overall Bank relationship with each of our corporate clients (across Equity Research, Global Banking Division, Global Corporate Finance etc)
Preparation of regular “white papers” and bulletins on topics of interest for distribution to our client base
Discovery and management of varied external service vendors (data content, investor relations consultancies etc) that will be of use and interest to our corporate client base
Provision of monthly client programme reporting
