Требования:
•The prerequisite job-related qualifications for this position, such as: education, technical background, industry and/or practice area exposure, product and/or service track record, staff development experience, administrative requirements, etc.
•Practical education in Visual Merchandising or Display required.
•Higher education degree in Business or Retail Management or Marketing preferred.
•Minimum 2 yrs experience as a VM, preferably from fashion retail is required.
•Extensive shop floor retail knowledge and a creative eye are seen as essential qualifications.
•Ability to work with Excel, Word, Power Point and Basic Drawing or VM software programs.

Обязанности:
Visual Merchandising
• Implement the CEMEA Visual Merchandising strategy and standard in all NOS and SIS’s to ensure benchmark presentation through seasonally prepared VM and Space Management plans across all lines of business (APP, FTWR, EQU).

• Prepare, and continuously update the Visit plan for the selected NOS and SIS based on the Strategic Retail Plan, visit them as planned.

• Execute plans together with in-store merchandiser through regular visits and communication.

• Communicate Company’s Visual Merchandising direction and guidelines to retailers in connection with new business ventures assist country VMM in the organization of VM for new store set-ups.

Space Management
• Feedback performance of space/categories in NOS and SIS’s to country VMM & give input to seasonal business plans for CS and SIS’s.
• Attend seasonal sales meetings (Apparel, Equip & Bssa) to prepare NOS assortments and ensure the product connection across all lines of business (App, Ftwr, Equip, Bssa). Visualize assortments by using Oswego Tool.
• Communicate with Salesteam to create assortments with category and color flow for each season for NOS.
• Participate in sell in of assortment to NOS and SIS to provide support and ensure retailer’s understanding of Space Management and Visual Marketing executions.
• Communicate store performance/ best practices, from a Space/VM p.o.v, to Country Sales and EHQ Retail/ Product teams, through monthly “Feedback Reports”. Evaluate success of assortment plans and feedback.
• Communicate Initiative feedback to country VMM & RMM through Initiative VM/RM Feedback Reports, and comment on successes & misses.

Visual Marketing
• Ensure NOS and SIS Visual Marketing execution excellence by, working together with Retail Marketing Manager, coordinate in-store execution of 12-month calendar with focus on space and product presentation.
• Identify and provide both executional and creative input to retail marketing on customized windows.
• Be responsible for additional orders of signage and graphics in existing CS and SIS’s and give input on graphic needs for new store openings.
• Ensure strong in-store connection to locally relevant sports events.

Training
• Train In-Store Merchandiser and sales staff on VM standards and strategies prior to shop openings through both theoretical and practical training.
• Communicate seasonal VM direction through twice yearly country ISM meetings.
• Provide clinics once a year for retailers/ISM’s having non-dedicated space where product presentation is critical.

Maintenance & Communication
• Provide input and direction, based on Space Management and VM guidelines, on country executed “new store” floor plans and fixturing need
• Be responsible for maintenance and layout of existing stores and communicate needs for floor plan/layout changes, fixturing, signage, graphics or general upgrade needs. Communicate and provide feedback to Retail Manager.
• Be key country contact person for Country VMM and retailer providing information when necessary.
