Требования:
Successful candidate should:
Have good communication skills
Know and understand fundamentals of market ( quantitative research experience in a must)
Have good analytical skills
Be curious about consumers, their behaviour and motivations
Be self-organised and able to perform multiple tasks at a time
Be able and eager to learn
Have a working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Have a university degree
Be able to travel

Обязанности:
Actively support CMI Manager in:
gathering and analysing market & consumer information across CEE countries from primary, secondary research and open sources
providing updates and insightful summaries on research projects to Brand Teams
interpreting and communicating key findings and recommendations from research projects
preparing and facilitating various workshops involving CMI input
developing optimal research plans and methods (in accordance with a brief and guidelines)
providing inputs for communication and product development on local level
briefing and controlling research suppliers in Russia and CEE countries
budget control

Areas of full personal responsibilities:
managing some local (one country) research projects.
processing documents for Russia
co-ordinating product delivery for product tests across CEE countries
managing data updates in Consumer World and other relevant databases (writing or checking research summary and other documents related to each project, uploading relevant files to the database)
development of own research skills, making full use of Company's CMI guidelines, tools and templates, formal training opportunities provided, coaching from line manager
