Требования:
* Technical and packaging related experience, with preference in the food area, with preference in specific experience in bottles.
* Engineering or strong material related back-ground university degree.
* Minimun 5years of professional experience in related domaines (packaging development, quality control or production from food industry, eventually other consumer good industry, packaging manufacturer, packaging machine constructors).
* Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed.
* Strong orgainsational skills, communication skill, people management, stress resistent.
Обязанности:
Missionand Main responsibilities
Leads and manages the R&D Packaging Development Portfolio as well as the Productivity Portfolio for the Packaging Material for Russia, as well in the future for CIS countries. Animates the implementation of best practices of international Packaging Development. Assures the development and the knowledge according to the state for the art of international packaging development, the compliance with food safety, environmental and local regulatory constraints and the economic features. Screens trends and new technologies in view of possible packaging innovations.
Job Dimension
Will be in charge of the Packaging development team of 3 people and will have functional responsibility on packaging all quality people in Russian factories as well as in other factories of the CIS countries. Will be the Representative for Packaging in the international R&D Packaging Network and therefore participate, contribute and lead international packaging innovation and renovation projects. The job will be at interface of R&D and Industrial team.
Main challenges
* manage the growth of the company and follow with new packaging systems new product launches or product relaunches in new shape on new lines.
* screen supplier and support the SSE team in permanently improving the quality of local supplier.
* build and animate the team.
