Требования:
- University degree
- Great in-depth understanding of trade marketing, including specific activities as well as integrated marketing strategies
- Ability to create strong trade marketing strategies
- Solid understanding of full marketing mix and how effectively to use full mix to create competitive advantage
- Strong analytical skills and interpretation of data to develop business recommendations
- Excellent project management skills – ability to manage cross-functional project teams
- Strong understanding of finance
- Understanding of shopper insights and how to translate into workable trade marketing strategies
- Good negotiations skills
- Planning and prioritizing skills
- Presentation skills
- Inter-personal skills – team working and leading skills; influencing skills, high personal standards
- Strong people management skills and motivation skills,
- Excellent English skills and sufficient software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3-5 years with Western company in trade marketing, including multiple brand / category management responsibility
- Experience in sales or / and marketing is a plus


Обязанности:
1. Development of short-term and long-term strategies for Traditional Trade channels.
2. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities
3. Development of display and merchandising strategies for Traditional Trade channels
4. Sales forecasting, promo pricing strategy development
5. Budget planning and control.
6. People Management
7. Development of Launch Plans for MT channels
