Enable integrated and efficient sales organization
Optimize and formalize sales administration principles
Key Responsibilities:
Sales coverage targets development. Modus operandi formalization by channel/city
Assess sales force workload and coming up with a proposal on structure optimization / upgrade
Sales administration principles formalization. Refine roles and structures. Align organization structure development with long term distribution strategy
Formalize sales KPIs system and target-setting process. Align with corporate/channel/brand development targets
Formalize and standardize performance tracking formats
Integration of sales administration principles into sales force training courses
