Требования:
* Higher education (Medical - preferible).
* Good command of English.
* Relevant experience in work as Medical Sales Reps (top performer) from 2 year and Supervisor or Trainer.
* Highly-organized, structured person.
* Good communication skills, positive, easy-going, initiative person ability to motivate.
* Desire to develop people.

Обязанности:
* To develop the quality and effectiveness of the Sales Force, Sales Management Team and in line with Sales and Marketing objectives.
* Provide the appropriate training and self-development programs to create a more skilled workforce capable of achieving the organization’s current objectives and long-term strategies.
* To monitor the effectiveness of training to ensure that it is meeting the requirements of the business.
* To be responsible for the regular reporting of training results to the Manager.
* To maintain training records as required by the company.
* To ensure the effective use of all training facilities and resources.
* To support year plans of trainings based on needs.
* Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
