Working experience in marketing with OTC products at least 4 years.
Marketing specialization is a plus
Good command of English

Readiness to work hard and to make decisions independently
Обязанности:
- fulfill of sales growth targets, execute of business unit plan, elaborate strategies for business development, identify the best opportunities of investment;
- specify business objectives for Product Managers, Regional Field Force Managers and Medical Representatives; identify personal development needs; provide coaching to Product and Field Force Managers;
- assess potential of the Russian territory, conduct market research, create sales strategy to achieve volume, market share and profitability goals;
- specify market requirements for current and future product launches, manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
- set individual sales targets for Product Managers, Regional Field Force Managers and Medical representatives.
