The person:
The candidate must:
* be University educated in finance and/or economy
* have at least 3 years working experience in accounting/ finance/credit/ personnel matters
* have international organizational experience
* have knowledge of local accounting standards
* be fluent in English for speaking and writing
* have PC skills
* CPA is a plus
Обязанности:
Chief Financial Controller for an international machinary/equipment company.
Reporting to General Director, the Chief Financial Controller ensures proper local accounting and finance functions.
Main responsibilities include:
* accurate and timely preparation of budget and forecast information
* qualified and timely monthly reporting and analysis of the business
* forming strong local business links and close cooperation with business controlling in Tokyo office
* securing and further development of local financial risk control system
* providing information regarding the current regulatory framework and
* monitoring local structural changing needs in a highly changing law environment
* establishing computer system in the office
