Требования:
- Higher education
- Relevant experience with multinational company for at least 3 years
- Very good command of written/oral English language
- Good communication / networking Skills

Обязанности:
- Supervising the Professional Qualifications Team in the Department of Learning and Development in the organisation of training programmes;
- Coordinate the programme between the various departments, including Human Resources, marketing, IT, and professional industry groups;
- Developing training schedules and educational structures;
- Monitor tuition courses, conduct testing and mock examinations;
- Coordinate training with external service providers, accounting bodies, and the Ministry of Finance;
- Budgeting and cost control;
- Develop and implement training policies to respond to firm growth and changing business needs;
- Compilation of statistics and detailed analysis of training programmes, including examination pass rates, student feedback reports.
