Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent drafting of legal documentation.
- Organises and prioritises workload well.
- Ability to work assertively with senior executives to ensure adherence with legal and corporate requirements in a practical business manner
- Good knowledge of Russian Federation and Civil law relating to the operations of a corporate entity. Expert in Insurance Regulations.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ideally a qualified Claims person
- Orientation to results

- Focus on development

Experience
2-4 years as a Claims Manager in a similar position

Обязанности:
1. Provide advice, counseling and negotiation assistance to management and underwriters.
2. Responsible for maintaining the regulatory and statutory compliance of the Company .
3. Ensure that claims are properly adjusted, adequately reserved and settled in a timely manner.
4. Ensure that claims are managed in accordance with the relevant law and practice and the current version of the Claims Adjusting Guidelines and current Business Plan
5. Ensure that claims are managed and maintained utilizing Apollo and Genius
6. Maintain regular liaison with Underwriters, Claims ,Outwards R/I and Finance.
7. Ensure all claims handling meets the appropriate regulatory and compliance requirements
