Требования:
· Extensive auto insurance experience gained from working for an insurer, broker or bank.
· Experience of affinity product distribution models ideally including promoting auto insurance sales in the dealership channel
· Strong technical underwriting knowledge
· Enthusiastic and self motivated individual
· Results driven
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation skills
· Fluency in Russian and English

Обязанности:
· Lead the management and on-going development program
· Work closely sales management and dealers to promote and its utilisation
· Liaise closely with the insurance partner to provide control, focus and direction to achieve the successful development
· Identify & develop tactical campaigns working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Communication and Brand Managers
· Ensure the effective communication of new campaigns to the dealer network
· Work with the insurance partner and Aftersales to support effective claims cost management processes
· Provide ongoing management reporting leadership
· Provide support reinsurance team with respect to monitoring the ongoing program underwriting performance
