Department/business overview and strategy:
The Company provides Site Services to the Account (FMCG Company) Eastern Europe sub-region (Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus) within the scope of the worldwide Infrastructure Outsourcing Contract.
Key responsibilities and day to day activities:
The Service Delivery Manager, in this role, owns overall delivery of Site IT Infrastructure Services, local initiatives and local/regional/global projects deployment. He provides management of delivery team in implementing solutions for opportunities. Assumes overall operational responsibility for quality and cost-effective service delivery and meeting SLA defined targets. Manage technical/service relationship between The Company and the customer. Monitor implementations to ensure compliance to the budget, quality standards, and customer requirements. Collaborate with the different The Company towers and organization to deliver the operation. Partner with the Company Client Care organization and the Client organizations to deliver quality service. Act as country Account Manager, play critical role in working with customer and deliver TCE.
