Требования:
Worldwide Known Solution Vendor for Telecom Industry invites a Country Manager to operate all the business activities in Russia and CIS countrries. Reporting to European HQ.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in a managerial position.
- Sales management experience in complex projects.
- Proven track record of carrying business responsibility succesfully.
- Demonstrated record of growing business and acquiring new customers.
- Understanding and preferrably experience of the services management in the projects based business.
- Background/understanding telecom service provider's business.
- Ideally existing personal network to systems integrator and telecom players in the market and decision makers.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good people leader.
- Proactive, self-inititative and results oriented person. Compensation package to be discussed with a successful candidate.
Обязанности:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement Company's business startegy in the region.
- Manage the overall operations in the region covering all the customer facing functions (sales, services, partnering, business development).
- Setting and meeting business targets (order, revenue and profit, strengthening position in the local market).
- Staff recruitment in Russia, in CIS, scaling the service operations according to business growth. Personnel management, creating and maintaining local infrastructure.
- Roll-out of the Company operation model.
