Требования:
• Russian Degree in Law,
• Excellent knowledge of Russian laws,
• At least 4 years of quality experience in Russian or an international commercial company specialized in telecom or IT (incl. but not limited to mobile/fixed operators, data transmission companies, producing/ supplying telecom equipment comps, system integrators providing for telecom services in the market, other telecom companies),
• Fluent English and Russian oral and written skills, ability to draft in both languages is essential, ability to lead negos in English,
• Good computer skills (MS Office), legal data bases,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, result oriented,
• Ability to work under pressure.
Обязанности:
• Commercial/contract law,
• Legal support of telecommunication projects including complex ones (supply, services, turn key, outsourcing etc.),
• Communication and negotiations with customers and suppliers,
• Labor law,
• Tax law (mostly taxation of international telecommunication projects in Russia/cross-CIS).
Заработная плата: от 4000 до 6000 рублей
