Law firm, at least two years of post-qualification experience or in-house legal experience if it was related specifically to competition law.
Knowledge of Russian competition law, including M&A filings, FAS proceedings, distribution and sales, some knowledge of EU competition law would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Full scale work on obtaining antitrust clearance in Russia, preparing full package of documents for submission for the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), interaction with FAS with respect to obtaining the pre-transaction approvals, analysis of legal issues related competition law, dealing with FAS inquiries, etc.
