Вакансия: Associate Director / Technical Director, Electrical Engineer
Требования:
- Concept and detail Design of Electrical Engineering systems such as Lighting layouts (experience of using dialux software);
- Small Power, experience of voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, load analysis etc;
- Mains incoming and High voltage and Low Voltage systems including generator, UPS;
- Fire alarms, security, BMS, CCTV, Public address systems;
- Understanding of IT systems and impact into design;
- Understanding of lift design;
- A good understanding of Russian related SNiPS/GOSTS;
- A good understanding of Western Eurocode standards;
- Bi-lingual: good English and Technical English within the construction industry;
- Ability to attend meetings with the client and insure above deliverables are issued in accordance with agreed program;
- Ability to be a representative of WSP and looking at ways to sell our skills to future clients;
- To keep updated with latest technology available in Russia;
- Monitor construction stage installation and comment where necessary;
- A good understanding of Russian construction approval process and proekt submissions;
- Input into design stage and be pro-active, problem solving;
- Experience working in western consulting companies in Russian or abroad a benefit;
- Ability to work straight to screen using AutoCAD for all the above drawings. Good skills of AutoCAD and proper manipulation of drawings is very much required;
- Understanding of Project management skills obtained from past work experience;
- Ability and willingness to travel;
- Willingness to train junior staff under them and give them tasks to do and monitor there performance;
- Comfortable with using computer/ scanning/word documents/excel spreadsheets;
- Assist in putting together reports on existing electrical systems and ways to improve them (feasibility studies);
- Experience at client facing activities such as presentations, fee proposals etc.
Обязанности:
- Core and basic experience has to be in electrical engineering and the ability to produce electrical designs;
- Experience of providing Proekt submissions required;
- Key accounting;
- Experience in contract negotiations;
- Experience of straight to screen work using AutoCAD;
