Вакансия: Facility Senior Manager

Требования:
- A Project/Engineer with 12+ years of broad upstream experience
- Thorough understanding of risks and technical issues associated with development projects
- Track record in engineering concept identification and selection, especially with experience of producing integrated development plans
- Experience in high pressure, sour gas developments, shallow water offshore and arctic environments an advantage
- Strong HSE behaviours and full awareness of HSE critical aspects of the development function

Обязанности:
- Identify critical Project activities and key focus areas based on risk assessment; maintain and update project risk framework and performance data, with input from others
- Prepare and support quarterly Promis reporting on performance to senior management highlighting areas needing corrective actions.
- Provide technical assurance over the surface aspects of JV project execution activities, including technology application and deployment.
- Pro-actively maintain appropriate and constructive relations at all times with JV Partners and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach direct support and regional staff in training.
