· Outstanding Project Management skills
· Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills;
· Experience communicating with executives and senior leaders;
· Experience with planning and executing strategic change
· Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organisational levels;
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency
· Financial Services knowledge is a plus
· Languages: English, Russian not a must but an advantage Обязанности: · In conjunction with the business establish a strategy and business plan for maximising the income from insurance products.
· Profit responsibility, shared with the individual business lines, for insurance related activities.
· Develop PPI solutions for all lending packages according to individual business lines requirements.
· Develop new insurance products and services to support the GEMB CRM and NPI strategies.
· Establish POS and Direct Marketing (S2S, TM, DM) processes to ensure maximum sales penetration.
· Develop pricing programmes to ensure product profitability is maximised.
· Ensure all products and sales processes are compliant with regulators and GECF guidelines.
· Implementation of best practices covering all processes, sales and marketing, customer services and systems requirements.
· Continued development of consistent and comprehensive management information. Regular reviews of data to develop response initiatives designed to drive improvements.
· Responsibility for the selection and management of supply chain partners to ensure that the GEMB achieves the most advantageous terms and high quality service from suppliers.
· Develop strong relationships with GEMB sales forces to profile insurance, establish sales penetration targets, incentive programmes and local management bonus targets.
Autonomy and Decision Making Responsibility:
· Integration / co-ordination / optimisation of new Insurance product’s solutions.
· Co-ordination with stakeholders and team from all parts of the business.
· Work with stakeholders and teams to build the business specifications using the DMAIC/ NPI Methodology
Internal & External Contacts:
· Work on with all functions and all levels of the organisation including Senior Management Team
· Benchmarking of the Russian Insurance Market and within GECF
· Coordination with Sales / IT / Operations / Risk / Legal
· Coordination and negotiation with Insurance Supplier
· Best Practise Sharing within GECF & Regional Insurance Leader
