Требования:
● High level experience from an operator, broadcaster, and consulting firm.
● Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the mobile market in Russia and CIS.
● Established senior level contacts with key players of the Russian mobile market.
● Ability to position evolving technical and business trends in a flexible, fast-moving market segment.
● Must have strong communication skills in English.
● Executive level presentation skills and influencing abilities.
● Proven success working in a matrix environment for a leading global organization.
● Bachelor's degree required / Master's degree preferred.

Обязанности:
● Develop a clear understanding and appreciation of the key factors influencing the market and players in Russia and CIS specific territory
● Build and manage long-term relationships with senior management in the target political, financial and industrial institutions, so that information flow from the company is consistent and coherent and the target institutions have a consistent point of contact within the company.
● Ensure that any programmes or projects pursued by the company with the target Institutions meet company's strategic requirements.
● Investigate new opportunities for new company's technologies or ventures within Russian and CIS markets.
● Share knowledge and understanding of effective strategies with the rest of the European team and provide informed guidance on the strategic decision-making process related to the strategy and the development of company's goals in Russia and CIS.
