Требования:
* At least 3 years experience of writing Property business
* Systems & Programmes Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, Access Underwriting Systems – e.g. GENIUS, APOLLO Workflow / Imaging Systems
* Technical Skills Individual Risk Underwriting: Ability to assess risk hazards & exposures and to determine appropriate rates for individual risks; knowledge & understanding of policy wordings and good local standard for issuing multi-national policies
* Portfolio Management: Ability to manage, monitor & control underwriting results on a portfolio basis (override, capital charges)
* Reinsurance: Knowledge of reinsurance & how it is used
* Producer Management: Understands the market and the international business practice for multi-national accounts. Ability to establish standards for market segmentation, risk selection pricing. Able to apply & develop client management strategies

Обязанности:
* Financial Goals. To support in developing and implementing of the business plan for property portfolio. To achieve financial goals and requirements set out in the business plan
* Portfolio Integrity. To maintain underwriting integrity by ensuring effective communication throughout department to ensure responsiveness to changing business environment. To ensure quality by underwriting guidelines
* Product Development. The continued identification, development and implementation of new products and services to improve client retention and new business acquisition
* Producer Management. To manage and assist Country and Underwriting Manager in effective Producer Management. To accompany Underwriting Manager on broker visits and participate in workshops
* Procedures. To review, develop and implement procedures to maximise operational effectiveness for property accounts.
* To conduct quarterly reviews of progress of override agreements. To lapse agreements where facility is not performing
