Требования:
* Education: Master’s degree in Marketing/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics
* Experience: Market research education and working experience (Agency, Company)
* Minimum 2 years in Marketing/Market Research/Business Consulting department of FMCG multinational company
* Specific Job requirements
* Knowledge
o Proficient use of MS Office 2007
o Statistics knowledge
o Technical education / predisposition to work with numerical data a lot
* Skills
o Strong project management skills
o Strong data analysis and forecasting skills
o Strong visualization and powerpointing skills
* Abilities:
o Ability to work with huge amount of data, multiple tasks and several counterparts in time constrained environment
o Able to handle pressure of deadlines and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
o Able to overcome obstacles with minimal supervision
o Organized and detail-oriented person
o Ability to work in multinational environment
o Self-motivated
o Team player
* Language Requirements:

Обязанности:
* Responsible for managing sales data sources, analysis and forecasting short/mid term development across the Company brands portfolio
o Keep the sales data in organized, aligned with all the Company sources and up to date way
o Conduct short term (up to 1year) and midterm sales analysis, derive marketing insights and ensure that those insights are utilized by Marketing and other departments
o Forecast sales development based on the analysis, inputs from Bottling partners, superior understanding of the market. Ensure that Marketing and other departments are using latest forecasts according to Monthly schedule
* Update on regular basis Company sales performance presentations / reporting documents
o Visualize current sales trends, being responsible for regular update of PowerPoint sales presentations and text narratives in English
o To serve as a guardian of sales data reports / narratives / presentations consistency across time and Clients
* Continuously develop and improve existing analytical tools and presentations
o Continuously search for new ways of visualizing data / ways to simplify and enhance presentations’ content
* Special sales related projects
o Conduct ad hoc sales performance / new launches / cannibalization / pricing analysis for the specific business objective
o Provide input to Marketing department on volume scenario planning during Business planning stage
