Вакансия: Financial Controller for China Joint Venture

Требования:
• 25-40 years old
• University graduate with a degree in Finance/Accounting
• A successful candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of professional experience connecting with Western accounting on a relevant position (auditor, gaap accountant, management accountant etc.)
• Practical experience of working in PRC, general knowledge of PRC Tax/bookkeeping standards is required
• ACCA (CPA,CIMA) qualification is a plus
• Good English
• Knowledge of Chinese is preferable
• Higher Education
• work experience - from 3 years

Обязанности:
• Set up and monitoring of all accounting, controlling and budgeting activities within the organization;
• Implementing the budgeting and reporting procedures as well as preparing the annual budgets and monthly budget variance reports (expense, capital, headcount);
• Control and supervise statutory bookkeeping in accordance with PRC (People’s Republic of China) GAAP
• Management and direction of the administrative, bookkeeping and technical teams, optimising and monitoring their quality and productivity, coordination of all administrative, bookkeeping and tax tasks;
• Frequent contacts with local lawyers, governmental institutions and auditors; liaising with the Tax authorities;
• Preparation of all necessary reporting required by law and company regulations, monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting of all related financial results to the headquarters in Moscow/London
• Management of the relationships with local banks and accounting/auditing firms.
