Обязанности:

Job Purpose

* Financial results
* Quality of service
* Resource efficiency
* Staff management, motivation and development
* Communication with employees and the customers
* Management of costs and budgeted profit delivery
* Pro-active approach towards changes, new projects/developments
* Delivering the service level agreed with the clients and within the annual approved budget
* Manage change and continuous improvement in the operations in co-ordination with the Eastern European Regional team.
* Provide input and support for business development including client presentations
* Implement new business wins and integrate them where appropriate into current operations management reporting structures
* Input and support in business planning and strategy

Key responsibility

* Budget management
* Delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
* Effective leadership and management of the operational and administration teams
* Delivery of a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
* Team building and morale management
* Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
* Responsibility for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment
* Maximise accuracy, productivity and space utilization
* Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations
* Facilities Management as a stakeholder in cooperation with facility manager
* Ensure daily/weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines are accomplished (i.e. staffing, equipment, space)
