Требования:
The successful candidate should have:
- Higher education
- Work experience - minimum 1,5 years
- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian
- High organizational skills, abillity to prioritize multiple tasks, good communication skills, concern for order and quality, ability to work in multi-cultural environment
- Ability to supervise
- Good computer skills
Обязанности:
- Customs issues (books clearance and expat staff relocations
- Corporate apartments supervision
- Travel management (including supervision of Implant office of the Travel Agency and travel tender preparation)
- "Navison" program operation/functioning
- Fast food ordering and catering companies communication
- Fitness centers relationship re the corporate rates
- Administrative support to Administrative manager
- Supervision of 3-4 subordinates
