At least 3 years experience in position of Deputy Head of Custody/Head of Internal records dept.
Обязанности:
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up the depositary department from the scratch.
Able to prepare Regulatory reporting to FCFM.
Organize client holdings internal records and arrange clients security transfers both internal and external.
Client reporting regarding holdings, place of holdings and executed transactions.
Negotiation of Custody nominee accounts opening with Clearing and Inter-rim Custodians.
Corporate actions: procedures and practical experience in SM; Dividends processing; Event notifications; Communication with the clients, nominee holders, registrars, issuers and their agents; Other corporate events processing.
