Обязанности:
Be responsible for specific client needs in the Russian market, responding to their ongoing enquiries – being proactive where possible
Direct interaction with clients and potential clients relating to all matters in the Securities market covering Bank’s securities offerings
Negotiating with clients (within limits) as to the working of agreements (interaction with legal department), and fees schedules (with Securities Business Manager (SBM)). Once everything has been resolved, ensuring the clients really understand the product offering by having a document conference call
Opening accounts, controlling documentation, making sure all internal policies are met. Then ensuring the first transactions are cleanly made, in conjunction with the Custody Operations Manager
Responsible for monitoring client satisfaction, and handing all issues and problems in order to ensure requirements are met
Collecting specific business and product information from the marketplace, and forwarding to client and management, using the correct media
Preparing and sending Market Watch information on any developments impacting clients in the Russian market
Completing other tasks related to the securities business or the running of the office, as required by the SBM on an ongoing basis
