Обязанности:
To manage the dedicated Middle Office support teams – [12] staff
Teams perform a variety of middle office functions:
• Trade capture & enrichment
• Trading Assistant roles
• Query resolution with Operations, Controlling, Legal, Front Office
• Portfolio maintenance (corporate actions, trade events, expiries etc)
• Act as Calculation Agent
• Maintain linkages across ‘on’ & ‘off’ system bookings
• Review structured bookings to documentation
• Variety of FOBO, cash & position reconciliations
• Strong focus on using metrics to monitor & demonstrate control of the business
• Ad hoc projects & UAT
As the product and functions in Moscow are built out we would expect the groups to also perform the following functions:
• Pricing packages
• EOD flash p/l & valuations
• Risk tie outs
Managers additional responsibilities:
• Retention; training; recruitment, performance management & career development of team
• Develop strong working relationships with Global Markets
• Manage program of continuous improvement with focus on reducing risk, improving client service, control & efficiency
• Drive tactical & strategic solutions in partnership with Front Office, IT, Finance & Operations
• Proactively support New Product Approval process
• Manage relationships with outside vendors
Product range within department covers many of the Global Markets traded products, including:
• Cash Equities
• Equity Derivatives
• Synthetic Equity
• Prime Finance
• Proprietary Trading
• Credit Derivatives
• Interest Rate Derivatives
• Fixed Income
• Foreign Exchange
• Money Market Instruments
• Experienced VP level position
• Experience in a Middle Office environment at a large Investment Bank
• Solid and proven track record in managing teams of 10+
• Previous exposure to Accounting, Audit, Controlling background a distinct advantage
