Обязанности:
JOB PURPOSE:
•Leading BO group of people to support OFBU business
•Supervising and controlling all Asset Management Operations within RC
•OFBU Technical platform implementation
•Takes leading role in bringing operational structure in accordance with amending legal and tax requirements
•New product development
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Creation and maintenance of day2day operational procedures for supporting international Fund activities.
-Reconciliation processes set up and daily control with Fund Administrators for NAV/GAV calculations
-Control over shareholder services provided by Administrator
-Daily control on custody and settlement process for Fund Operations
-Fund related payments processing
-Daily Fund Assets and Liabilities position reporting to the Fund Mangers
-Fund cash transactions support, recon and position keeping in various currencies
-International funds structure and documentation support
-Operational flow set up with 3rd party brokers and custodians
