Требования:
- CBR's, FSFM, NAUFOR or other applications used for preparation and transmitting obligatory reports
- Diasoft
- CBR's and FSFM requirements related to depositary area (regulations 44, 36)
- Good knowledge of FSFM's requirements related to internal accounting of operations with securities (regulation 32)
- Understanding of Russian banking accounting for operations with securities
- Good knowledge of Excel (macros knowledge is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Russian securities market (exchanges, custodians, securities, market practices)
- Understanding of SWIFT's MT5XX formats
- Knowledge of main Russian custodians and exchanges applications and reports' formats (NDC, DCC, RTS, MICEX)
A fair level of English is a must as all correspondence and communicate should be in English
Reconcile trades with our offices in London and New York
Participate in conference calls on operational risk issues with our office in London
Negotiate and prepare SPAs, side and net agreements
Prepare account opening documentation
Update operations system with trades related entries.
Manage client data and documentation
Обязанности:
- Reporting to CBR (forms 251, 310, 405, 601, 608, 610, 701, 711)
- Reporting to FSFM (forms 020, 030, 040, 041, 1100)
- Reporting to other external entities (RTS, MICEX, etc)
- Proprietary and brokerage trades processing in Diasoft and corporate systems
- Securities instructions preparation, prematching and settlement
- Setup of new securities and issuers in Diasoft and corporate systems
- Producing and signing of agreements
- Printing out and collecting of documents for trades packs, clients orders and reports, documents of the day
- Depot accounting in Diasoft and corporate systems
- Reconciliations between different corporate systems and extracts from external custodians and banks
- UAT testing of new application versions or enhancement in Diasoft and corporate systems
- Participation in analyzing of current business processes to find out possible improvements
