Deep experience in AM back office
Sophisticated Client Services
Knowledge of investment management products and services
1.0 FSFR license
Fluent written and spoken English
PC literacy (MS Office)
Experience in OFBU accounting
Documentary Compliance and Anti-money Laundering Control
OFBU compliance reporting
Russian and international law standard legal documentation (basic principles)
Credit and Market Risk Management (basic)
Treasury (Loans management) (basic principles)
Обязанности:
Providing general management and leadership for the OFBU project
Daily control on custody and settlement process for active operations
Daily managing of OFBU clients activities processing – passive operations
Setting up of internal procedures for back office functions
Establishing good relations with prime brokers, banks and custodians
Leading new product development from Ops side
New OFBU set up coordination
Tight communication with Company Front office
Communication with clients on different matters regarding deals settlement
Equable distribution of duties between the division employees
Communication with the employees on different firm-wide matters (main targets of firm future development etc.)
Preparation IT tasks for system development
