• A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is preferred with typically 4 or more years experience in operations or related function.
• Experience with implementing process improvement methodology and/or demonstrated experience with efficiency improvement.

Обязанности:
The Deputy Operations Manager is responsible for undertaking a range of activities within the department in respect to providing clearing, settlement and custodial services in Russia equities and debt instruments.
• Assist local departmental Manager to maintain effective relationships with “internal” WSS and GEM customers” and build strong relationships with other sub custodians depositories/brokers/registrars and local market participants (CSD, Exchange, Central Bank, CCP, Regulatory bodies)
• As appropriate undertake some direct management oversight of the day to day operations of the various functional units within the department
• Undertake or participate in key projects in the group.
• Review process flow, controls etc and ensure appropriate operating procedures are in place.
• Review capacity model and ensure effective operating processing model
• Participate in product expansion, system development initiatives
• Participate in internal/external audits, Business Recovery, Event Management activities
• Assist in cross training/staff development initiatives
