Skills required
- Knowledge of the Oil and Gas market in Russia, CIS and world wide, as well as major trends and hot topics applied for the Russian conditions
- Deep understanding of the exploration and production processes and core business challenges in Oil and/or Gas
- Deep experience in one and understanding of the rest of the following areas related to Upstream: IT systems, Asset management, Risk management, KPIs development, Business process development
Professional Skill Requirements
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Other requirements
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- University degree preferably in Engineering / Economic/ Technical
- Native Russian speaker or fluent in Russian; fluent in business English

Key responsibilities may include:
- Provide support in business development of Upstream competencies, accounts, solutions
- Provide support in managing projects and /or full project delivery responsibility
- Develop and testing business processes and capabilities
- Develop presentations and conduct workshops
- Define capability skill profiles
- Train / coach internal resource and help them build skills
