Skills required
– Knowledge of the Utility market, as well as major trends and hot topics applied for the Russian conditions
– Understanding of the physics of the electricity network and technical characteristics of the physical assets
– Deep experience in one and understanding of the rest of the following areas: Asset management, Risk management, KPIs development, Business process development

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Other requirements
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• 2-3 years of professional experience
• University degree in Technical/Economic degree
• Native Russian speaker or fluent in Russian; fluent in business English
Обязанности:
Business Development professionals with focus on realization of consulting in the Utility industry, in particular in developing Asset Management System.
Key responsibilities may include:
– Provide support in adjustment of developed Methodology of Asset performance and risk assessment
– Provide support in Asset Management System roll-out
– Prepare the client for deployment (communications, training)
– Develop and testing business processes and capabilities
– Develop presentations and conduct workshops
– Define capability skill profiles and get involved in recruiting
– Train / coach internal resource and help them build skills
