Требования:
VP/ Director with proven ability to manage business teams, win new business, closing transactions and developing networks, locally and across the firm.
Strong corporate client skills and experience – ability to build effective client relationships
He/she must have western education, or work experience abroad or in one of well-recognized investment banks and private equity funds
Обязанности:
The right person should be responsible for deal origination and M&A strategy, negotiations, deal structuring, supervising DD process, legal contracts (SPAs, SHA, etc.), in-depth business analysis, full scale execution till closing, participation in post-closing integration.
Manage and monitor portfolio company performance. Facilitate Board of Managers process. Participate in development and implementation of corporate strategic plans, internal and Board level reporting, investing infrastructure and recruiting.
