Требования:
Ability to manage group of analysts
Ability to manage several projects at the same time
Ability to develop client relationship that will lead to potential deal
Knowledge of modeling, business planning, and presentation skills
English language skills
Work experience in western companies
Обязанности:
Develop an expertise in mining and gold mining industries through direct communication with investees, clients and industry experts
Coordinate due diligence procedure of potential investees/clients
Participate in preparation of term sheets
Provide strategic and financial consulting to investees/clients
Analyze optimal business and financial strategies for investees/clients
Prepare and review information memorandums and presentations for potential buyers and clients
Maintain relationships and information exchange with the fund investors/clients, serve as liaison responding to their inquiries and channeling them to the appropriate departments
Coordinate investment department’s recruitment of support and junior professional staff
Perform regular evaluations of investment department’s support and junior professional staff
Deals origination and execution
Track record of closed deals
