KNOWLEDGE
Higher financial, economical or legal education
Sound knowledge of RAS and IAS, currency control legislation, general banking regulations and banking products
Banking systems knowledge
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years banking experience in a similar managerial position with prior work in operations/settlements with a bank or factoring company of similar profile
SKILLS
Management and planning skills, customer-friendliness, flexibility, prioritization skills
Обязанности:
• To continually reassess the operational risks inherent in the conducted transactions, taking account of changing legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
• To implement the Group Compliance Policy by containing compliance risk in conjunction with Internal Control/Compliance department. The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the conducted operations have to comply.
• Finalization of new factoring operational system implementation (IBSO module -local development) and transfer of factoring operations from HUB Term Credit Module to Demand Deposit accounts – Phase 1
• Reengineering of operational process in HIBSO environment (Group system, Middleware rules, local system) with maximum automation – finalization of the project – Phase 2
• Liaison with product management, credit risk and finance on MI reporting, new product implementation, factoring pipeline monitoring for resource planning
• Ensuring that customers' factoring operations are processed in a timely manner in compliance with local regulations
• Staff Training
• Liaison with IT re implementation and post-implementation issues, testing
