Требования:
• University degree
• Banking experience in Compliance, Risk Assessment and/or prevention, Risk Controlling / Audit / Internal or Support control is preferable
• Sufficiently senior to handle in collaboration with head of business lines and central functions
• Fluent Russian, English. German is a plus
• Work experience with an international financial institution is preferable
• Team worker, ready to give peer a hand, managerial and communication skills, ability to think analytically, independently, and under pressure, flexibility, strongly developed ability to work on his own initiative
• Ability to meet deadlines in a multitask environment
• Computer literacy, understanding of and ability to use banking operational and monitoring software
Обязанности:
1. Advisory Compliance Coverage of the Corporate Finance (CorFin) Department in Moscow.
2. Reviewing and editing applicable Compliance manuals and policies
3. Ensuring logging of CorFin deals with DB London and submission by CorFin employees deal status updates and deal closing forms in accordance with the Deal Logging and Conflict Resolution Policy & Procedure; This involves: (a) assisting the Deal Logging team in obtaining accurate deal and client information from the business lines as and when necessary, (b) assisting with queries relating to potential conflicts as and when required, (c) notifying the Deal Loggers of changes to deal details, deal teams or deal status if known, (d) providing copies of signed engagement letters to the Deal Logging team for deal updating purposes (e) using Deal Logging information to support the maintenance of the Watch List and Restricted List, (f) following up with the business lines on missing client adoptions for deals in advanced stages, (g) issuing monthly deal status reminders to Bankers and follow-up on the changes to ensure database records are current.
4. Maintaining Chinese Walls between private-side and public-side employees; Processing Chinese Walls’ crossings of Global Markets, Research, or other public-side employees at the request of Corporate Finance, ECM, or DCM, including obtaining wall-crossing approvals from appropriate supervisory personnel, notifying the persons to be wall-crossed, and reporting wall-crossings to the DB London Control Room (per the Chinese Walls Policy and Wall Crossing Procedure);
