Вакансия: Quality Manager
Требования:
- Economic (finance) background;
- Knowledge of banking products, business-processes;
- Experience of participation in tasks, projects related to quality assurance (probably had some element of Quality assurance, not necessary devoted to QA only), some experience in communicating with customers;
- Good communicational, organizational skills;
- Good command of English;
- Being steady enough to manage quality issues in situation where people have other priorities.
Обязанности:
The work is supposed to combine project and operation nature, both for corporate and PFS customers.
- creation of procedures, forms of documents for corporate customers surveys, organization of surveys, analysis, presentation of the results;
- creation of procedures, forms of documents for PFS customers complaints handling, monitoring, analysis, presentation of the results;
- study and implementation of group standards and best practices;
- working out schemes of monitoring performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
- organization of mystery customer campaigns, analysis, presentation of the results;
- managing a brain storming meeting on changes "just do it" (small, easy to implement changes).
