At least 5 years of successful Commercial experience (with relations with car dealers and banking experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills, result oriented, sense of responsibility and good relationship, self-organized and self-motivated, excellent presentation skills, active person, team player, driving license, ready to travel to regions.
Обязанности:
General:
Retail Finance Area Manager should know credit and insurance products, finance management, sales management; banking system management; methods of cooperation with dealers and dealer training; marketing; basic technical and design specs of the product line, brand specs, competitor’s market; basic rules of the office technical means (PC/fax/Xerox/office telephone station) use; Security Service Instructions about the office exploitation.
Retail Finance Area Manager is working in the Moscow office. Appointment and dismissal of Retail Finance Area Manager is within the authority of General Director. Reports to the Commercial Director.
Main Responsibilities:
Assures relation between Dealers, Departments, Company and Bank
Assures follow up of Dealer’s retail finance activity
Effects regular training and information of dealers
Assures realization of retail finance objectives
Follows competitor’s offers (conditions, products, quality of service, etc.);
Contributes to ameliorate quality of service
Other functions as assigned by the Commercial Director.
