Требования:
• University degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting. Additional trainings on negotiations, sales skills have to be an advantage.
• A minimum of 1.5-2 years should have been spent in service delivery positions with retail bank/company. Customer orientation. Willingness to deliver high quality services.
• Banking legislation knowledge.
• English language skills in advanced/business level.
• PC advanced user.
Обязанности:
• Actively manage complex portfolio of Premier customers, complete full reviews to establish and address their immediate and future financial requirements;
• Become a trusted adviser to customers, recommend solutions to needs;
• Review portfolio to identify cross selling opportunities;
• Provide “best advice” in a regulated framework in accordance with Global Premier Standards and make referrals where customer assets or requirements necessitate;
• Act as main point of contact for client with the Bank, build strong client relations, develop them constantly.
