Требования:
Experience and skills:
• Age limits are set to 25-35 years;
• Banking experience is preferable;
• A minimum of 2-3 years should have been spent in service delivery positions/management positions with direct channel management and sales/service responsibility;
• A minimum of 2-5 years experience with a company from a service-related industry (hotels/tourist agencies/foreign banks/etc). Direct sales and service experience would be an advantage;
• University major or considerable English proficiency obtained locally or abroad;
• Should be ready for a shifted work.

Main Responsibilities: The job has an impact on the operations and functioning of the Direct Services Centre and profitability of the PFS business, since call centre is supposed to be a profit generating unit via opening accounts and making transaction for customers.
• Day-to-day supervision and control over the work of a Team;
• Providing advice to agents regarding complicated issues and situations, providing expertise and troubleshooting;
• Working with customers (both on the phone) and providing an example of excellent customer service to the staff;
• Responsibility for the highest possible service delivery, management of pre-set KPIs and regular control over their execution, increase of cross-sales;
• Involvement in all relevant user acceptance and integration testing.
