Требования:
KNOWLEDGE
• Higher financial, economical or legal education;
• Knowledge of RAS and IAS, general banking regulations;
• Strong knowledge of retail and cards products;
• Banking systems knowledge.
EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 years banking experience in a similar managerial position with prior work in operations/settlements with a bank of similar profile.
SKILLS
• Strong management and planning skills;
• Customer-friendliness;
• Flexibility, prioritising ability.
Обязанности:
• Ensuring adequate operational support to business growth and new systems, procedures implementation;
• Ensuring Operating and Control Procedures for all units are established and being updated in accordance with new products, processes and systems;
• Set up and development of Business Optimisation and Implementation Unit, Six Sigma implementation;
• Complex analysis and adequate costs/resource planning;
• Smooth integration of new systems and processes into operational model;
• Close liaison with IT support
• Permanent monitoring of regulatory changes, liaison with Legal and Compliance, when necessary;
• Rational segregation of responsibilities between Retail and other departments;
• Ensure that Retail Operations structure is adequate to the products, processes and systems;
• Structure close to technology to optimise the processes ensuring sufficient control;
• Staff training.
