Требования:
Meeting the following requirements:
- economic University degree, MBA will be an advantage;
- at least 3-4-year experience in product development preferably in banking and or brokerage/asset management industry;
- fluent English;
- good analytical and modeling skills;
- good interpersonal skills;
- result oriented person.
Обязанности:
Major responsibilities:
- analysis of current and potential customer needs in investment products, including but not limit of brokerage services, trust activities, deposits;
- analysis of competitors" current products in segment investment services of clients with high finance;
- forming and developing new wealth management products;
- modelling and analysis of economic efficiency of new products implementation;
- developing new wealth management products, including commission structuring/ Bank"s compensation;
- establishing, coordinating and developing relationships with approved third party service providers (Asset Management Companies, Banks, Financial companies etc) for the purpose of delivering client oriented solutions;
- analysis of current existing structure of products income and expences.
