Key responsibilities of this role include:
Delivery of a top quality consulting work, requiring FS sector expertise
Seeking and developing new clients in FS sector and managing current clients
Advising and contributing to FS practice development strategies and plans
Contributing to Company's FS products and offerings development
Ensuring compliance with Company quality standards
Managing the Company brand with FS clients in Russia
Technical requirements:
Recognised higher education degree in Economics or Finance
At least 5 years’ consulting delivery experience in financial services practice of a major consulting organisation or project management experience within an international financial institution
Proven industry expertise and profound understanding of the operational elements of a banking / financial services group business, including organisation, business processes and systems
Project management experience (specialising in cost reduction, restructuring or business processes development / optimisation) in Investment or Private Banking is an advantage
Fluent in Russian and English
Willing and able to travel
