Требования:
Experience:
• At least 5 years in sales in a Multinational or large Russian FMCG company (at least $50 million of annual sales for St. Petersburg) on a similar position

Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced PC user
• Western business education / English language knowledge is a plus

Обязанности:
Reports to: Regional General Director and Sales Director of the Holding Company

Key responsibilities:
• Audit/restructure/develop company’ sales force to achieve profitable sales growth targets
• Manage heads of distribution channels (Retail, National Chains, Wholesale, HoReCa)
• Coach heads/supervisors in the field
• Develop/implement regular sales planning process
• Develop/implement regular sales reporting system
• Perform regular budgeting/reporting (sales department)
• Set up (integrate) sales force of regional start ups (newly acquired companies)
• Plan/execute regular promotional and merchandising activities
• Capitalize on the knowledge of distribution channels (Retail, National Chains, Wholesale, HoReCa)
• Source/develop key sales personnel in regional subsidiaries
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
