Требования:
•Higher education
•Preferable knowledge in sales/finance/controlling/ logistics
•Excellent skills in MS Office
•Good written and spoken English
•Experience of working in multinational companies for at least 2 years
•Experience of master data maintenance or control
•High level of understanding of business environment
•Experience in procedure writing/controlling
•Experience in database maintenance is a plus
•Business process/project management is a plus
•Project and planning management skills
•Ability to work transversally with all the functions of BU
•Senior practitioner, recognized by colleagues from other Departments
•Having good procedural and methodological approach and able to establish procedure execution and control
•Understands the impacts and consequences of master data decisions on business processes
•Rigorous and committed
•Data management/database management skills
Обязанности:
Management of data creation/updating process in Business Unit (BU) on Customers, Suppliers, Finished goods and Materials
Coordination of data flow between BU, partners and Region, data related projects management
•Create, update and supervise execution of master data management procedures for the following areas:
-Customers, pricing, trade terms
-Suppliers, purchasing terms
-Supply network : sites, lead times, lot sizes, open dates
-Finished products and Materials (Raw Materials& Packaging)
•Trigger data creation process; animate the collection and input of master data
•Check uniqueness and consistency of data
•Coordinate data inputs from each functional area including Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance / IS, CS&L, Region
•Authorize data usage (manage data status)
•Insure communication / coordination cross BUs and with Region
•Participation on launch-projects for new products (master data – co responsibility with PCM dept)
•Data exchange with customers (co responsibility with Customer service), coordinate data synchronization with other partners
•Coordinate data synchronization on Regional level (1SYNC project, GRID)
•Manage master data team
•Taking part in ECR community processes of master data alignment & synchronization
